The way to get this to work is to split your disk (enough room for windows and linux)
Install windows FIRST, then install Linux With Ubuntu (which I am familiar with), you can just install windows, taking the whole disk, then during the Ubuntu install, you will have the opportunity to resize the disk to make room for Ubuntu -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Linux Users Group.
