When you say local, that means emails delivered from one user on your Linux
box to another user on your Linux box. I'm not sure that's what you need,
so be careful which terms you use to explain your problem.

If you just need form data sent to you, check out Google Document forms,
they do just that.

As for sending an email from your Linux box to Gmail, it is possible, I
used to do it until I had issues with my ISP.
