Hi Nilesh,

Honestly speaking I really do not have much idea about spam assassin (haven't 
had a chance to research on in yet). Try implementing SPF in your DNS records. 
SPF is not a sure shot way of stopping forged emails however it does help to a 
very large extent. Try visiting these sites for spf implementation:
