I've ported over a chunks of this patchset to xf86-input-wacom.  They are in
sourceforge git on a branch called bamboo.

Here is what I've done so far:

0003 - Well, it was already there. :-)
0004 - Makes relative default mode
0007 - Partially.  Only the fix to look up Touch device.  I'm delaying the
reconnect patches till I have time to understand better.
0008&&0009 - Code cleanup based on previous patch.
0012 - Simplify xf86PostButtonEvents calls. Various gesture cleanups/fixes.
0013 - Stop single finger processing if not a Capacitive device.

I'll work on 0021 and 0023 next and then come back to 0007.
