I don't know how many of those wacom actually sell (but I do know professional mapping people who use such devices) - for anyone who does have one though, being able to calibrate it accurately does seem like a rather essential step to making it useful. I can understand if they aren't a high priority at this stage, but designing something which would rule them out (or consider them to be 'just another mouse') would seem like a mistake ...
