I think I made the volito2 work.

    -  I had to use the drivers from linuxwacom-0.7.2/src/2.6.13 not
       those from the vanilla 2.6.13 kernel

    -  I had to use wacom_drv.o from the prebuild directory not the
       one shipped with XF86free.

    -  I had to manually find out to which event the tablet is send,
       since wacom-tools does not work. Enter the relevant data in
       XF86Config-4 restart the Xserver and push twice the pen on the
       tablet and it works!!!  That is inconvenient, however since I
       hibernate my laptop this is not such a problem.

I think the documentation for the debian part should be extended. If
it were a wiki, I could do it now!

Anyhow I want to thank  all the people who helped me!!!!
