Hi Ping! The problem here is ergonomy - if you have a dual-screen setup on a desktop/workstation it probably does not matter too much which monitor is the main one. However, if you use a Laptop and plug in an extenal screen when you are in the office the design of your board determines the place for the laptop - and this might be RightOf or LeftOf and it's difficult to change.
