Hi Adam,
those vintage drives often refuse to spin up. It's very likely that the
drive's brake (selenoid) isn't working properly.
Try to look below the board of the internal profile, there you can see
a 2-3 inch diameter aluminium-silver buck, Try to carefully pull them a
little and get it rotated, while your Lisa is fireing up.
Very often a little flip is enough to get the "wheel" rotating again :-)
If that was the error, then clean the mechanical components of the
drive, that helps very often, because grease gets very hard after
years.
