The biggest technical prroblem is digests, at least in Majordomo. Most MUAs will not
do the right thing with stuff shoved into messages in a digest. It is not clear that
there is a right thing.
I finally automated the common responses, like, "you sent your command to the wrong
place", and I'm generally able to automatically move people to digest when they start
to bounce and then off of the digest list, although the general bounce analyzer is a
work in progress.
