By Rich's. And he has every right to do this. It's effectiveness is
only going to be as widespread as his influence on the net is, however.
Which is one of the great aspects of the net. We don't NEED central
authorities, but then, everyone else can also choose to ignore someone.
Its all how well Rich influences the people who listen to him.
