IMRSS never gets hassled by spammers.

It only gets hassled by people who think that have some sort of God-given
right to run a public nuisance.

If it was sending out ``open relay notifications'' then it would also get
hassled by some people who call themselves virulent anti-spammers.

Anyway, as I have noted, IMRSS doesn't need to send out notifications itself.
Rather, we on the IMRSS Project are appealing to the community of Internet
sysadmins at large to help us with this importanty task.  If you are willing
