I guess it all comes down to whether you want the data to tell youw
aht the users think, or whether you want it to guarantee a given
response in favor or against. you can tweak your questions any way
you want.
If you're happy with the status quo, great. But on the internet, if
you live with the status quo, wave to everyone watching you in the
rear view mirror, because nothing else is standing still.
