Error 129?

Folks;

   On one of the digested mail lists today, I'm suddenly getting a boatload
of "554 Error 129" bounces, from different servers all over the place.

   Can I assume this is SpamBuster, SpamBlocker, or whatever-the-heck,
determining that something in this issue is spam?
