there are some custom tags, such as <cf_fakeURL> that you can use to make
your URL:

www.mysite.com/index.cfm/action/something/id/190

It is my understanding that this would be a safe url.  Search engines may
not be able to go past the "?" in the URL.  I have noticed that Google does
though....so I am not 100% sure.

Would something like:

www.mysite.com/index.cfm?action=something

or

www.mysite.com/index.cfm?action=something&ID=190

be SE safe?
