Mail not arriving can be darn tricky to track down. Does other email arrive successfully? Have you tried a simple plain text email to see if that arrives? Have you tried sending to multiple email addresses to see if it arrives at any of them? Is the email sitting in your undeliverable folder? Do the CF mail logs show anything?
