You'd only get charged $35 bucks or so to get someone to do it.

1. vhs in vcr to mini DV camcorder to computer via usb or firewire with MS
XP to DVD recorder/player
2. vhs in vcr into several hundred dollar hareware digitizer that goes
into your computer and then into DVD player/recorder

Spend the $35 unless your time is cheap.
