I bought a KWorld DVD Maker PCI card that captures up to 720x480 and
compresses to DVD on the fly. I paid $25 and got a $25 rebate on it
so I figured I couldn't lose. Anyway, it's been pretty decent so far.
Right now I'm using it to display my Gamecube on a projector. There
are usually pretty good deals on these around. Alot of them are just
marketed as TV Tuner cards, but they usually have sVideo and composite
inputs also.

Techbargains.com is a good place to look for them. Plus, it's a CF site :)
