There's a known issue with image sizing and cfdocument that is
supposedly getting fixed with the Merrimack updater to CF 7--no ETA on
the release of the updater.

If you're looking for an interim solution (there are some workarounds
for cfdocument but I can't recall what they are off the top of my
head), I've been very happy with abcPDF so far:

If you get the ASP version (not the .NET version) it's a COM object
that CF can use pretty easily.  We're using it at my company with CF
6.1 and it seems to work great.
