and resolve customer issues via phone and internet · Host
phone and web-based training sessions

Documenting customer support issues and
resolutions in knowledgebase articles · Create
and maintain customer support
content such as Help Doc authoring ·
Interface with
development team to resolve customer issues through new development or
customizations MINIMUM
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: · 2+
years computer troubleshooting or
helpdesk support experience · 2+
years customer support experience at a
software company ·
Excellent written and verbal
communications skills · A
strong desire to work in a team
environment ·
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server required ·
