Lately I've been listening a lot to Bob Dylan's recent album "Time
Out of Mind".  The last song is a 15 minute stream of consciousness
kind of thing, with a vignette in the middle about his meeting with a
waitress in a Boston diner -- "She's got a pretty face, and long
white, shiny legs"....  One of the most delightfully droll and funny
things I've heard in a long time...
