Uh, all large and small corporations (and individuals) with a web browser have access to search tools. I use www.altavista.com and search for my trademarks about once a week. It takes me about 3 minutes. I postulate that the number of real disputes is far different if you look at which are truly infringement and which are merely the trademark owner taking a non infringing domain name from an innocent domain name holder. If the NSI dispute policy did not automatically turn over domain names with no showing of infringement, I can bet that the number of "disputes" would drop dramatically. __________________________________________________ To receive the digest version instead, send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To SUBSCRIBE forward this message to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To UNSUBSCRIBE, forward this message to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Problems/suggestions regarding this list?
