Uh, all large and small corporations (and individuals) with a web browser
have access to search tools.  I use www.altavista.com and search for my
trademarks about once a week.  It takes me about 3 minutes.

I postulate that the number of real disputes is far different if you look
at which are truly infringement and which are merely the trademark owner
taking a non infringing domain name from an innocent domain name holder.
If the NSI dispute policy did not automatically turn over domain names with
no showing of infringement, I can bet that the number of "disputes" would
drop dramatically.
