What completely open list does ICANN have?  Name one.
 

This, of course, doesn't change the significance of the reasonment that
follows, but according to my experience people that read a (long) posting,
and find an inaccurate statement in the first lines are less motivated to go
through the whole message.

  Steve Page is absolutely correct..  Despite your continued assertions
Roberto, the DNSO.ORG is essentially a CLOSED and unrepresentative
organization.  The majority of the significant discussion and development
the DNSO .ORG has done has bee on CLOSED mailing lists such
as the Participants List, Transition List, and the Drafting List.  As such
any CLAIM that the DNSO.ORG might attempt to make at any consensus
or openness, is at least misleading. and dishonest.
