What does it matter what they do? It seems to me that it's of no consequence
until they do it (whatever IT is), and I don't see anything misleading on that
site. 

Are you suggesting that anyone who registers a domain name should be required to
declare what they intend to do with it?

Why should a trademark holder get a pre-emptive lock on a generic term like
pseudo? After all, any other "pseudo" can register any other *pseudo*.*  (given
existing limitations of character restrictions, string lengths, available TLDs,
etc.).
