One issue that has not been adequately addressed is the change in balance on the ICANN BoD. The vision laid out in the White Paper does *not* include giving the president a vote on the BoD. This one change has a significant impact on the balance and flavor of the BoD. It should not be assumed to be correct, nor final. IMHO and FWIW, Jay.
