following style be adopted, so as to offer a clear choice and not suggest
any preconceived response (which I'm sure you hadn't intended to convey):
ICANN BOARD MEETINGS SHOULD BE: [ ] OPEN [ ] CLOSED
THE SOs SHOULD: [ ] INCORPORATE [ ] NOT INCORPORATE
