Yes it communicates something quite clearly. In many areas Lawyers get involved
in things and end up complicating them beyond all belief. I found it
interesting that Mr Chief Justice Burger was so adept at noticing this trend
over 20 years ago, and I find it particularly interesting in light of recent
events on these lists and in this process. I think it is particularly apropos.
But I won't get into a discussion about it :) It really has no place on these
lists, so if you want to convince me otherwise, please do it via private email.
