Sort of how the ICANN formation proposal reconciled itself?
Or didn't, as the case might be?
As I recall, this was to be the idea behind the ICANN draft, but many of the
ORSC and BWG points were, in fact, not reconciled within the ICANN
draft. Now we have ORSC points being made with relation to the DNSO.
What reasons should persuade ORSC members that this time will be any
different?
