Roberto and all,

The solution to most if not all of Joops questions is quite simple.
In order to adequately meet the requirements of the White Paper
the DNSO.ORG need only make some public announcements.

Those announcements should address the following:

1.) All interested parties are by default MEMBERS initially of DNSO.ORG
until dues are determined, at such time (Give a time frame) dues
must be paid in order to be listed as a member.

2.) All mailing lists that DNSO.ORG manages/controls or is associated
directly with are open to all members.

3.) Any and all scheduled Face To Face meetings are completely open
to any member of the public wishing to attend and will be available
to all members, prior to or after dues have been determined through
various electronic means (mbone, multicast, simulcast, internet video
conferenceing, ect. ) at no extra cost.

4.) That all minuets of any and all meetings shall be made available to
any and all members of the public via the DNSO.ORG's web site
within 48 hours of those meeting taking place and comments will
be encouraged and reviewed for further action if apropriate and
also posted on the DNSO.ORG web site.
