yeah.....quite an interesting report and one based on the assumption that
right NOW the word of ICANN is LAW which is false....
The report reads like it was prepared by ICANN's PR firm...
Asensio makes a number of allegations in the document.... ones that in my
opinion could only be proven or disproven in a court of law.
Of course I have never invested in even a single share of Netsol stock nor
do I own any nor have I ever owned or been given any. One reason that I
have never bought any is that asesenios predictions could turn out to be
accurate. never the less it seems to me that they are stating many things
as FACT which would be quite difficult for them to prove.
also since they specialise in short sales it is in their dollar interets to
drive the price of the stock down.
