This is a bit of a mischaracterization Roberto. The Accreditation
Policy from ICANN, which BTW, does not have nor will likely
ever have Stakeholder approval, as required by the White paper,
is much different in comparison to the ICAO. These "Accreditation's"
are a mechanism by which the ICANN can use to control who can
and who cannot enter into the Registry/Registrar industry, which
is defacto "Control".

This is a gross misconception and misstatement Roberto. (See above
comment).
