 What I propose is the direct assignment of IP
 Numbers to addresses we as citizens choose. So
 while there may be other people with my name
 if I chose the string above and no-one had it
 before then I would get my way. If not I'd go
some other simple address. You may have your
 TLDs and various hierarchies. It doesn't scale
 for other independance or freedom minded folks.
