For a very long time, Tony refused to acknowledge publicly that he received
compensation from NSI. Finally he allowed as how he had been hired by them
to do a small amount of work, but claims that his public contributions to
these lists are not at their behest. Still, the pattern of his
interpretations and defense on their behalf is utterly consistent.

He has a consistent pattern of offering claims of legal outcomes which
vastly exceed any available data. It's been particularly amusing to see
him do this about assorted ITU issues, when the documents he cites have
nothing at all to do with the thing he is claiming.
