Exactly right. The board will only accept a "compromise proposal"
that has a mechanism whereby ISOC can win all the elections for
NCDNHC officers and Names Council seats. The ICIIU, the ACM, and all
right-minded adherents to the NCDNHC must continue refusing to allow
any such manipulations of their constituency.
