Did the ISP constituency ever modify its initial proposal, under which only
ISP associations rather than ISPs themselves were eligible for membership,
and which allowed the founding members to veto new applicants?

I am reposting this.

An answer to a simple question like this should not take longer than
24 hours.

After 48 hours I will be telling a list of several hundred ISPs that
the DNSO is not providing information to them about how they can join
the ISP Constituency, and to contact various members of the media and
other interested observers.
