  Ahhh!  Interesting point Diane.  But than again why should first come first
serve recognize TM's as they may or may not relate to a TM?  For
instance a derivative of a TM such as fordproparts.com as that would
relate to FORD.COM.  Our your example Taurus.com as that
might relate to the Taurus ford model of car (TM).  Or even better
still Taurus.org (Non-commercial)...
