JeffM and all,

I too would like to know allot more about this ICANN proposed "Ad Hoc"
group" as well. All that I know and some that I can surmise is
located at: http://www.icann.org/santiago/santiago-resolutions.htm.
This is pretty sparse on details. Maybe the ICANN Initial?) Interim board
can provide those details (Don't hold you breath)?

From the resolution itself, it seems more of a contrivance, than a well
thought out plan. I am of course guessing when I say that I believe that
ICANN is going to propose thorugh this "Ad Hoc" Group that IPv6 addresses
at least will have a "Use Tax" of some sort when a request for allocation
is granted... Your, or anyone's thoughts?
