That used to be the case - has not been for some years. Network Solutions
first tests if the host is in the zone before they list in the root. Also
you can't have two host with the same ip number. I believe they test for
that too.
But - i've copied this to the dp list - if i'm wrong - nsi can provide the
hand of guidance.
Now maybe your talking about .cx. That tld has the most unusal things in
it which are supposed to be name servers.
