Just so it's clear, both the past problem with the mailing list and recent problem with the wiki seems to be related to changing servers/ip addresses.
Which not to pass judgment but doesn't seem to have been handled properly in either case. Totally different admins, servers, etc, but same problem all around. The last problem remaining now, is that the MySQL database the wiki is using has the old IP address hard coded. Its not using localhost/127.0.0.1, or DNS. I assumed it was hard coded yesterday but wanted to give time for DNS to propagate in case that was the problem. Which seems it was not DNS.
