I retract that some what, seems you can do system image management with puppet. http://www.puppetlabs.com/blog/your-os-installer-and-you/ Though not clear if puppet can create the images, or just manage them after the fact. References this as an example, not sure if its a solution to create system images. Seems to be something like that referencing them as appliances. http://www.thincrust.net/ace-examples.html Note the dependency of virt-manager :) By the way forgot to mention, Chris Lee and I were discussing Cfengine a bit last night before the meeting.
