Well, it depends. Maybe a data center fire. It happened to a major
installation here in town right after they moved into their, er,
disaster-proof building. Well, the BUILDING was OK!

Could be a blown switch or something in the SAN. Depends on whether they
got Lower Prices Everyday on their physical plant. After all, Xen may be
a critical part of the Cloud universe, but that doesn't mean that they
opted to run their own operations in the Cloud.

Or, then again, they could be just simply lying through their teeth to
cover up having been pWned.

I'll have to keep an eye on the trade news, though. This stuff is always
good for laughs. I still giggle when I recall that "Business 2.0"
magazine went OUT of business because they didn't have any usable
backups after THEIR hardware blew. Great move for a magazine for
tech-savvy CEOs. But no doubt they'd saved LOTS of money.
