Well I -almost- did it! Made it all the way to enter the payment info, when I did one last check on the specs before clicking Submit.
The deal breaker was the resolution (only 720p), with the "eventual" software update to 1080p. Think I'll wait until that actual update is made. My intent was to do my heavy hitting computing (development) on an Amazon instance using RDP from the device. Everything else that I do would fit nicely and easily on the device itself. Trying to run RDP at 1280x720 via the external HDMI just wasn't cutting it. In addition, they're little laptop accessory is, well, little. Only 11.7". A final deal breaker was the lack of a supported Netflix app for the Android. Gotta have the Netflix for my frequent travels. But, this is where we're ALL gonna be in just a few years, and I like it.
