Couldn't have said it better myself. I felt that email about not grasping
things came off a little "we are better than you".

I myself know how to use reply all and understand linux just fine, but by
default most web mail clients hide reply all so its an extra click. Also by
habit I tend to just click reply, as I'm sure others do, so the group may be
missing out on part of the group discussion
