In your tables I don't think you need the <h3> inside the <th> - if you want them to look the same, then you can style the <th> to look like an <h3>. That might fix some spacing issues within your tables. The only other thing is I can't quite understand why you need the open in new window? It makes it a lot more difficult to look around your site, and there must be a way to avoid it jumping down to the navigation... I can't see why it would be doing this?
