Responsibilities:
* Resolve product requirements and user data into software interface designs

* Conduct user and domain research into user patterns, tasks and mental
models with a focus on the relationship between people, products, and

* Evangelize User-Centered Design concepts and be an agent of change in
promoting a culture of quality .
* Research &  recommend new techniques in user interface design.
* Initiate and nurture relationships with customers and users for concept

Skills: 
* Design & Prototyping technologies including: Pencil & Paper, Visio /
Illustrator / Photoshop, and at least one interactive prototyping medium

* Some CSS/Javascript knowledge a plus
* Solid background in visual design and understanding of information design
principles
