The ABC's Innovation division is responsible for driving strategic
innovation in the ABC by developing new forms of content and ways of
connecting with audiences as well as extending the ABC to a range of
digital platforms including mobile, IPTV and virtual worlds.  We work
closely with all parts of the ABC (including Television, Radio, News and
Commercial) to develop innovative projects and ideas.  ABC Innovation
also manages the award-winning abc.net.au website, attracting over 26
million weekly accesses. ABC Innovation is seeking a HTML/CSS/JavaScript Web
Developer to work on a range of exciting projects, working closely with
Producers, Web Developers, Application Programmers and Designers to create
and deliver front-end user interfaces. The Web Developer will be employed on
a contract basis for between 2-3 months at ABC's Ultimo centre, Sydney.
Salary range: $70,000 -$76,000 p/a (plus super)

Key experience required :
+ Has an advanced level of experience in writing clean, accessible and
re-usable HTML / CSS / JavaScript.
+ Exhibits a specialisation in JavaScript and has an extensive knowledge
of JavaScript libraries / frameworks.
+ Ability to work with common web development software tools.
+ Skills in developing XML/XSLT would be a major advantage.
