Might be challenging if he didn't retain the original email when he
subscribed. It appears that the web page on MyITForum doesn't list the
NTSysADM and Exchange lists.
The following should work...

   1. Create a new email.
   2. In the *TO:* line of the email, input the following email address:
   [email protected]
   3. Now, in the *BODY* of the email (NOT the subject line), use any of
   the following commands:

*Help* - Replies to the email with basic instructions on using List Serv
Commands.

*Help "listname"* - Replies to the email with the contents of the Help
E-Mail for that list.

*List* - Replies to the email with a list of all available lists.

*Subscribe "listname"* - Adds your email address to the subscribers list of
the mailing list.

*Unsubscribe "listname"* - Removes your email address from the subscribers
list for the mailing list.

*Set mode digest "listname"* - Sets your email address to receive emails in
digest mode, which will send all messages for the list combined into one
email at regular intervals.

*Set mode standard "listname"* - Sets your email address to receive emails
in standard mode (the default), which will send messages one at a time to
your email account.

My guess is that this list's listname is NTSysADM
