I've used 2 versions of OPAS, although is great concept is really buggy.
Btw,  you must have orchestrator to use it.

In SCCM, define you maintenance windows and collection,  create a master
collection for deployment target and include your MW collections and
excludes for that matter. MW should have 2 hours minimum

Create a a collection with all your servers that has a MW of 5 minutes.

Create registry entry on the servers that you want to patch specific
day/time HKLM\SOFTWARE\MW\VALUE = t-0100

Create client settings CI to check for that value and to populate your
collections
