If you want to verify on the client, query for instances for CCM_ServiceWindow
WMI class from the root\CCM\policy\machine\actualconfig namespace:
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj155420.aspx

From memory, Roger’s Client Center tool does this:
https://sccmclictr.codeplex.com/

ServiceWindowManager.log

Also, if you have management studio and proper access to the CM database you
can run

select* from v_ServiceWindow

you will see what the GUID and the friendly name is, and much more information

Can anyone direct me to the log that I need to look at to verify that a
maintenance window is applying?
