I'm seeing this behavior on several machines lately (both server and client OS) where the advertisement for the Client Upgrade Program will run every day and it appears the client is repairing itself. As you can see in the screenshot below of execmgr (which I've filtered so you can see the times), its close but its not at the same time every day either. In addition, I'll see the following in the Application event log ...
