I don't have any physical devices in my environment (all virtual) so I can't completely validate this for you, but I believe you're going to have to join the Network Adapter table on the PPTP property with the Network Adapter Configuration table for IPEnabled. But, there is also a SQL view that may be helpful, v_GS_NETWORK_ADAPTER.
